A reliable and accurate test depends on solid development and administration processes. AHCA certification examination development in principle depends with job analysis.

AHCA solicits input from practitioners, employers, and authors by sending them a set of questioners clearly specifying levels of skills and knowledge and frequency of tasks required for the role. 

This information is used for the formation of test specifications and content outlines, from which question bank is prepared. Exam results are analysed and monitored annually for balanced outcomes.

Cutoff score is 75% of the exam given.

Exams are administered at test sites across the nation and proctored by appointed institutions.
