Certification standards

Reliable examinations depend on sound development and administration. AHCA gathers input from practitioners, employers and subject matter experts about required knowledge, skills and task frequency. This input supports test specifications, content outlines and examination question banks. Results are reviewed to support balanced outcomes.

Current examination standard: The cutoff score is 75%, and examinations are administered through proctored testing sites.
